Heart to heart...

Sometimes things happen in life that seem unfair and hard to accept. The last several weeks I’ve been privy to a number of these “unfair and hard to accept” situations that people have experienced. It’s during these times when I cry out to God for answers, but often I only hear a soft voice that simply says, “Trust Me”. When all common sense goes out the door because these situations make NO sense, we want a more clear answer than “Trust Me”. But God is always good and always faithful. We live in a fallen world where bad things happen to amazingly good people. The enemy is real and wants us to move from trust to fear and uncertainty. So when God says, “Trust Me”, He’s saying; “I will walk with you through every trial and give you the strength to overcome. My love will overshadow all of your heart ache, fear and anger that will try to arise during this difficult time. I will never leave you, nor forsake you. My presence will forever be with you. You’re my beloved child, Trust Me. I will be your peace. Shalom, Shalom!”
